V 337: Sehr schöner und dekorativer skandinavischer Standglobus

ca. 1890, Gestell aus mahagoniähnlichem Holz mit 4 Beinen, Höhe des Gestells 67 cm, Durchmesser des Horizon-talkreises 50 cm, Höe insgesamt 88 cm; Durchmesser der Kugel 33 cm, Horizontalkreis aus Holz mit dem Aufdruck der Sternzeichen aus Papier, Vertikalring aus Messing, Herstellerbezeichnung "Prof. Dr. Krauses nya Handels- och Samfärdsglob. Under medverkan av framstaende geografer utgiven av Paul Räth Läromodelverkstäder Leipzig, Bearbetad och utförd i Graupner & Körner´s Geograf. Anstalt, Leipzig"; es handelt sich um eine seltene Ausführung eines Standglobus; der Zustand vom Fuß ist sehr gut und der der Kugel gut bis sehr gut, absolut original; sehr dekorativ und selten.

German terrestrial stand globe for the Scandinavian market, ca. 1890, height of the brown wooden four legged base 67 cm; (diameter 50 cm), overall height 88 cm, diameter of the globe 33 cm; 12 gores and 2 polar calottes; complete brass meridian ring; the globe is in a very good overall condition; there are a few areas of minor soiling, in general clear and bright colours.
